The Suites at Yale - New Haven

Excellent rooms. Very clean. Very accommodating. Very close to Similow cancer hospital.

Great place and comfortable for family dealing with a loved one in hospital and prices are great!

Comfortable clean suite accommodations right in the middle of the Yale New Haven Hospital campus. A free shuttle service takes to any hospital location and back again 24/7. Vending snacks and drinks only. Must order in or go out for food. The suites have small, fully equipped kitchens. The cost is half as much as area hotels if a family member is a patient. This is the perfect hotel to stay in when a loved one is being treated in Yale New Haven Hospital

Comfortable, enjoyable 10 days stay. Marie , the manager is very accommodating, front desk staff very helpful. Rooms is clean, well equipped kitchen is a plus. I can cook fresh foods and have my favorite hot drinks every time. Every room has complimentary coffee and tea, it's a treat!!! Location is walking distance to the Yale- New-Haven Hospital very convenient. Very satisfied customer. Thumbs up

Stayed here for 5 nights while my husband was in St Raphael Hospital. The space was very large with a kitchenette, large bathroom, small dining table and a large desk. The kitchenette had everything I needed. The bathroom even had extra towels and toilet paper in the cabinet. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers for use on longer stays. There were also 2 vending machines in the laundry room. One for drinks and snacks in the other. The parking was great, close to the entrance . The shuttle service was so very helpful and very convenient to use. Appreciated that the drivers were thoughtful enough to make sure I was safely inside and behind the locked doors when I came back late at night. The Suites are even close enough to St Raphael, if the weather is nice, to walk to, if you are a walker and need some fresh air. Such a convenient and much appreciated place to stay.

Amazing, helpful, informative. Everything was such a smooth process since the first call. I can't believe we got such great service, room, & shuttle to the hospital for such a great price. In our time of need the suite was there to give us a peace of mind we desperately needed Marnie at the front desk went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed and made this process so easy. We didn't hesitate to book a room for when we have to return to hospital The rooms where huge with its own living room,small kitchen with pots pans utensils, dishwasher, table & 4 chairs, separate bedroom,

This is where you need to be when Yale New Haven is caring for your loved one. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great kitchenette fully stocked with what you need to cook with. Yale New Haven Security will provide rides to and from hospital (which I greatly appreciated). There are 2 vending and an ice machine. It is easy enough to order food delivery and wait in the lobby for its arrival. I was very happy to be able to stay here.

Relative to what one could find elsewhere for a similar room and price, this can't be beat in my experience. It's 5 minute walk to the hospital. Mattresses are not the most comfortable and the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly. Ambulances right outside all night, so ear plugs are recommended.
